Its just that a few things happened. Not just these two days but they
are like the most prominent among them. Firstly, received the Letter
Of Intent from Tech Mahindra yesterday... That was nice. :) Though,
something went wrong in that. Few of us haven't got it in spite of
being selected due to some problem. Last heard, the company has
assured us that everything's going to be fine. Secondly, I managed to
make my Steganography program work (Solanki beat me to it, she did it
day before yesterday) and realized I can be really, really blind and
forget to use the malloc() function. And Shubhangini cracked k-means
algorithm in a day at first attempt (at 6 AM, so she couldn't call us
up and brag about it... Bless her!). Thirdly, today I met Asmita and
apparently this will be her last visit to Kolkata... Her dad is
getting transferred. Again. :( We met up, as usual, at South City
(most convenient for both of us). And I decided I'm never going to
have KFC burgers again... For some weird reason, they make me queasy,
irrespective of being veg or non-veg. It's probably 'cause of the sour
cheese. *shrugs* Anyway, right now all I want is the semester exams to
get postponed (somebody sent a "horror" joke saying it's from 2nd
April... NOT funny!) and finish my project work and manage to read at
least one line of the Matrix books I purchased after much effort (Did
I mention I have become lazier?) and hope against hope that my GATE
score ain't too terrible (I managed not to doze off during the exam
itself) ... AND most importantly, I want Japan to get back to normal.
They have had enough, really. *crosses fingers* Till the next time I
